The name Maria Bonita is inspired by the story of Maria Gomes de Oliveira or Maria De Déia, the Queen of Cangaço. An example of feminine strength and courage, capable of facing adversity without neglecting to take care of herself.
Known as Maria Bonita, she could be seen as a beautiful woman with rings on practically all her fingers, seven gold necklaces and hair delicately decorated with gold medals, even in the most hospitable environments of the Brazilian hinterland.
